„Perfectly flexible placing = perfect protection from vibrations“
The system Vibrex combines advantages of the system DeltaLager with the system Flusterschiene. The fixation of the system to the lower construction (concrete board, sleeper etc.) is discontinuous, the rail is however in all its length placed in rubber silentblocks. The system makes possible that the rail has high degree of springing and enough horizontal solidity.
Laboratory tests and applications on particular sections of the line showed high values of reduction of acoustic noise and the noise spreading through surrounding construction. The system fulfils requirements of the norm EN 50122-2.
